L'Intrigue, the Wild Magnolia of Literature

Volume 12 - Issue I

Glass Tongue

by Felino Soriano

I name the closed window water,
watching from one side
blurred renditions of reality
fade into the crawl of time's
birthing circles. Everything must
resuscitate, ascend from the body of
death before the mind could fathom
crossing lines of communication with
memories.
The open window deluges,
everything transforms into burgeoning
the beautified within open eyes vernacular.
